By now you have probably heard about the Major League Soccer stadium being built in Nashville near the fairgrounds…but have you heard they are proposing a Major League Baseball stadium/team?!
The proposal shows that the baseball stadium would be located near Nissan Stadium, home of the NFL Tennessee Titans, and completion date is proposed for early 2024. The team would be called the Nashville Stars, a name used by Negro League teams here, and said it has formed a partnership with the Negro League Baseball Museum.
What do you think- the more professional teams the better? Or will Nashville get too crowded and lose it’s small city charm? We’re a little torn…
