    Miles Real Estate is looking to add future business partners! In order to grow and eventually take over parts of the business and/or expand into new areas, these partners will receive 1 on 1 training, mentorship, and education from a team with 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

    Position Overview: As the Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive the best possible care during the transaction process and to make sure that no detail goes unnoticed. This position will require both the ability to take detailed direction and carry out a project, as well as, to complete task with minimal direction. You will oversee detailed projects and ensure they are perfect in every way. You will work with the Team Manager to ensure that the client experience is seamless and all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

    What’s in it for you:
    – 1 on 1 training, mentoring, & education in the administrative side of the real estate industry
    – Full time: $32,000 salary + closing bonuses
    – Potential to work remotely
    – General business hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
    – No Travel

    Closing Coordination Responsibilities:
    – Set up contract-to-closing file
    – Establish communication with all parties, and advise them on timetable to closing
    – Coordinate with lender on loan process
    – Coordinate and Attend inspections
    – Negotiate Repairs
    – Coordinate appraisals
    – Assist in addendum drafting
    – Schedule and coordinate closing process, including commission distribution authorization
    – Review all closing paperwork
    – Ensure all sides have all necessary paperwork and closing details
    – Assist with occupancy & possession details
    – Provide post-closing information and service
    – Obtain testimonials & referrals for future business

    General Duties:
    – Wow Clients Daily
    – Communicate directly with Team Manager
    – Continually work on improving the closing process
    – Daily check ins with Team
    – Maintain & complete weekly 4-1-1 (goal setting & accountability system)
    – Assist Team Manager and Lead Agent with additional administrative duties as necessary
